Robert Half is recruiting for a HRIS Business Analyst to help deliver a high-impact project focused on end to end system transformation.

The Role - HRIS transformation business analyst

Location - London (Hybrid working)

Rate - Depending on experience

This is a strategic, analytical, and delivery focused role, perfect for someone who has successfully navigated complex HRIS, Payroll, and WFM landscapes and knows how to turn insight into action.

What We’re Looking For

• Deep knowledge of HR, Payroll, and WFM systems
• Proven experience delivering HRIS change & transformation projects
• Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to distil complexity into clear recommendations and plans
• Delivered an end to end transformation in an SME
