Head of Data Products

Robert Half has partnered with a business in West Midlands to recruit a permanent Head of Data Products to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of high-impact data products. This is a senior leadership role where you'll shape the roadmap, drive adoption, and unlock new commercial value streams from data.

The Role

You'll own the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, defining vision, setting priorities, and ensuring delivery that makes a tangible difference. Your remit spans building external revenue opportunities, embedding data-driven decision-making internally, and leading cross-functional squads to execute at pace.

About You

• Significant leadership experience in data product management, analytics, or data delivery.
• Strong grasp of cloud data platforms, analytics tooling, and governance best practice.
• Proven ability to define and execute roadmaps that drive measurable business outcomes.

On Offer

• Salary - up to £95,000
• Hybrid working - 1-2 days a week in Birmingham
• Bonus of up to 15%, car allowance
