Robert Half is partnered with a highâgrowth, PEâbacked organisation undergoing an exciting period of change. Following internal restructuring and ongoing investment into the people function, the business is looking for a proactive and confident HR Advisor to join the UK team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a genuine impact across both the UK and South Africa regions. Youâll work closely with a supportive HR Manager who offers autonomy, trust and strong mentorship - ideal for someone who wants to grow.
The Role
This is a broad, handsâon generalist role with an even split between BAU advisory work and HR projects. Youâll support the UK and South Africa populations, working closely with global HR colleagues across the USA and India.
Youâll be the goâto for dayâtoâday people queries while also getting stuck into meaningful improvement work as the business evolves.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Managing firstâline HR queries via the shared inbox across the UK & SA
⢠Overseeing all HR administration: onboarding, offboarding, contracts & lifecycle changes
⢠Maintaining accurate employee data
⢠Supporting recruitment coordination and helping streamline hiring processes
⢠Leading on induction improvements
⢠Supporting L&D activity including the SA Connect Academy
⢠Contributing to people projects across wellbeing, templates, processes & benefits
⢠Working closely with the HR Manager to embed new initiatives and improve consistency
⢠Playing an active role in helping drive office attendance
This is an ideal role for someone who wants ownership, variety and visibility in a small, friendly HR team.
About You
