IAM SailPoint Programme Director | Robert Half | London (Hybrid)
Robert Half International (an S&P 500 global staffing provider) is supporting a global consulting firm in sourcing an interim associate to join their team and support an insurance broker end-client. The engagement focuses on leading a critical SailPoint Identity & Access Management (IAM) programme, with a strong emphasis on Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), driven by regulatory requirements, audit scrutiny, and rapid organisational growth. This is a delivery-led role requiring senior programme leadership rather than advisory or framework-only input.
Assignment Details
- Interim contract, initial 6-12 months (extension highly likely past 2026)
- Hybrid working model - minimum 2 days per week on-site in the City of London
- Daily rate via PAYE c. £750-£800 p/day PLUS 12.07% holiday pay (employer's NI & tax deducted at source - unlike umbrella companies and no umbrella company admin fees)
Key Skills & Experience
- Deep experience in Identity Governance & Administration with SailPoint
- Proven experience operating at Programme Director level on large-scale IAM or technology-enabled risk programmes
- Strong hands-on delivery experience across Identity & Access Management, with clear ownership of end-to-end programmes
- Background delivering change in regulated environments, ideally insurance or broader financial services
- Experience addressing audit, regulatory, and control-driven requirements (e.g. SOX-style controls, DORA, operational resilience)
- Ability to stabilise low-maturity environments and drive pragmatic delivery outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management across Cyber Security, Technology Risk, Audit, and senior business leadership
- Comfortable challenging vendors and third parties and taking accountability for programme direction
- Strong governance, reporting, and executive communication skills
