IT Services Delivery Coordinator

Robert Half Technology are assisting a leading provider of aviation and emergency response services to recruit an IT Services Delivery Coordinator on a 6-month contract. UK Remote. ASAP Start.

* The IT Services Delivery Coordinator will coordinate the delivery of IT projects, system enhancements, and service improvements across critical operational environments.* Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party suppliers, ensuring requirements are captured, communicated, and delivered effectively.* Support project planning, tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and maintaining project documentation and reporting.* Coordinate change management activities, including impact assessments, scheduling, implementation tracking, and stakeholder communications.* Provide technical support for business-critical IT systems, assisting with deployments, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to maintain service continuity.* Assist in the creation of project documentation, including business requirements, Statements of Work (SoWs), project plans, and service transition documentation.* Monitor and report on project progress, service performance, KPIs, and operational metrics to support continuous improvement.* Coordinate user onboarding, access provisioning, and operational readiness activities in line with project delivery timelines.* Support training, user engagement, and adoption of new systems and technology solutions.* Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and process guides to ensure consistent service delivery and knowledge sharing.* Collaborate during major incidents and service restoration activities, ensuring effective communication across technical and business stakeholders.* Support resource planning and coordinate activities across multiple IT initiatives to ensure successful delivery.

* The IT Services Delivery Coordinator will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, with at least 3 years' experience in an IT Service Delivery, IT Project Coordination, or IT Support role.* Experience supporting IT services within aviation, emergency services, government, defence, or other safety-critical operational environments is highly desirable.* Strong understanding of IT service delivery, project coordination, and stakeholder management.* Working knowledge of cloud technologies, including Microsoft Azure and AWS.* Experience working with SaaS platforms and enterprise IT environments.* Good understanding of ITIL practices, including Incident, Request, and Change Management, with exposure to ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow beneficial.* Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical and service delivery outcomes.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Understanding of cybersecurity principles, regulatory compliance, and data protection best practices.

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications, or training.
