IT Support Analyst
Robert Half are working to recruit for an IT Support Analyst to join a team based in Manchester.
This role suits someone with strong communication skills, a collaborative and sociable approach to relationships and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
An overview of the role is as follows below:
- Providing 1st and 2nd Line Support, covering software, hardware with digital and face-to-face resolution
- Escalating upwards to 3rd line where necessary
- Maintaining accurate ticketing records and support cases
- A strong focus on customer service, driven by quality-oriented support and strong internal and external relationships
- Works closely with managers and other business stakeholders to support wider IT requirements and communicate updates effectively
- IT Support Analyst role providing 1st and 2nd line support for users across hardware, software, and remote working issues
Technical competencies
Essential
- Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central
- Understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems
Desirable
- Experience with EPOS systems
- Microsoft Cloud Platforms, Azure AD and Entra
- Basic Networking knowledge
