IT Support Engineer

Robert Half are supporting our client with a sarch for an I T Support Engineer, supporting users across sites around Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software and network issues
• Train users and develop training materials
• Assist with programming, scripting and application development
• Support the integration of third-party software and systems
• Develop client-facing IT solutions where required
• Liaise with external software suppliers and service providers
• Manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met

Requirement

• Experience supporting users with hardware and software issues
• Experience working within a small IT team and managing multiple priorities
• Ability to learn new programming languages and technologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• IT qualifications or demonstrable IT experience and training
• A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to learn
