• Deliver hands-on 1st and 2nd line IT support across users and systems.

• Troubleshoot issues with Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and cloud environments.

• Act as a trusted IT partner to the business, working closely with end users and senior stakeholders.

• Get involved in IT projects, upgrades, migrations, and cloud initiatives.

• Take ownership of problems, thinking proactively about long-term fixes and improvements.

• Learn from senior IT staff and work towards more advanced responsibilities.

• 2+ years' experience in IT Support (1st/2nd line).

• Skills in Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and basic networking.

• A genuine passion for IT, technology, and continuous improvement.

• The ambition to progress beyond IT Support into more senior technical or leadership roles.

• Excellent communication skills and a business-facing approach.
