  • Contribute to disaster recovery planning, resilience testing, and business continuity initiatives
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, diagrams, operational procedures, and runbooks
  • Work collaboratively with internal technology teams and third-party vendors to deliver successful technical outcomes
  • Support infrastructure security initiatives and assist in remediating vulnerabilities across the environment using automation where possible
  • Provide escalation support for complex technical issues and mentor members of the wider support team where appropriate

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience supporting Windows Server-based infrastructure within enterprise environments
  • Experience working with Linux operating systems, ideally Ubuntu
  • Solid understanding of VMware virtualisation technologies, enterprise storage platforms, and core networking concepts
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Virtual Desktop, networking, identity, governance, and subscription management

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools such as Terraform and Azure DevOps pipelines
  • Strong scripting and automation capability using PowerShell and/or Python
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues within fast-paced environments
  • Experience with backup, recovery, resilience, and disaster recovery tooling and processes
  • Good understanding of infrastructure security principles, privileged access management, and least-privilege design
