Lead the EMEA payroll transformation work stream within the broader Workday implementation programme Assess current-state payroll processes, providers, controls, and operational risks across EMEA jurisdictions Design and implement a future-state payroll operating model aligned to Workday Drive standardisation where appropriate while ensuring local compliance requirements are maintained Coordinate payroll integration's, testing, parallel runs, cut over planning, and go-live execution Manage third-party payroll vendors and Workday implementation partners Establish governance, controls, KPIs, SLAs, and escalation frameworks Ensure payroll continuity and accuracy during transformation activities Deliver stakeholder confidence across HR, Finance, Legal, Tax, and Executive Leadership
