Role: IT Support Technician (M365)
Location: Huddersfield
Rate: Competitive Day Rate
Working Pattern: Full-time, on-site (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm)

We are looking for a proactive M365 Support Technician to join a busy IT team in Huddersfield.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and user issues
• Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, VMware, Intune, and basic networking
• Log, manage, and resolve support tickets
• Assist with user onboarding and account administration
• Deliver excellent customer service while working independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

• Previous IT support or service desk experience
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows support skills
• Experience with VMware and Intune
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills
