Robert Half is recruiting for a Senior Operational Resilience Project Manager to support a major financial services resilience programme on behalf of a global risk consulting firm.
This role requires an experienced project manager capable of coordinating multiple workstreams, engaging senior stakeholders and driving delivery across operational resilience initiatives. The position offers an immediate start and could develop into a longer-term or permanent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of operational resilience and regulatory programmes
- Manage programme governance, planning and reporting
- Coordinate senior stakeholders across industry, client and regulatory groups
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees and working groups
- Track delivery milestones, dependencies, risks and issues
- Support resilience testing, scenario exercises and readiness activities
- Produce executive-level packs, reports and briefing materials
Experience Required
- Proven Project Manager or Programme Manager experience
- Strong operational resilience, business continuity, risk or regulatory change background
- Experience within Financial Services, Banking, Insurance or Consulting environments
- Excellent governance and stakeholder management capability
- Strong documentation, reporting and communication skills
- Comfortable working with senior leadership teams and external stakeholders
- Immediate availability preferred
Contract Details
- £400-£450 per day via FCSA Umbrella
