Learning Delivery Specialist

We're seeking a Learning Delivery Specialist to support our IZ zone operations from our international head office in Solihull, with a reporting line to the U.S.-based Learning leadership.

This is a back-office position focused on coordinating and delivering high-quality learning programs across international teams-ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver seamless support before, during, and after virtual, hybrid, and in-person training sessions
  • Set up and manage global training programs across multiple formats (virtual, hybrid, in-person)
  • Provide live support to facilitators and participants, including troubleshooting tech issues and managing tools like polling, breakout rooms, and digital whiteboards
  • Maintain and administer training calendars, enrollment, communications, and reporting via our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Manage training content: upload, test, curate, and update digital training materials
  • Assist in tracking and reporting training budgets and performance metrics
  • Coordinate logistics and back-office support for large-format or cross-functional training programs
  • Liaise with IT and other teams to support emerging virtual learning platforms
  • Respond to queries related to the LMS, assessment tools, and platforms such as Percipio or LXP
  • Maintain accurate data and process documentation for internal use and audit readiness

Who We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience in training coordination, program support, or L&D delivery
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service mindset with a team-focused attitude
  • Confident navigating multiple systems and platforms (e.g., LMS, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, assessment/evaluation tools)
  • Capable of working independently and managing workload in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting virtual and hybrid learning experiences with 50+ participants
