PA to CEO:

Cardiff - Temporary Contract - Competitive Day Rate

Are you an experienced Personal Assistant looking for your next opportunity? We're partnering with a fast-growing technology company seeking a highly organised and proactive PA to support the CEO on a temporary basis.

Reporting directly into the CEO, you will play a vital role in ensuring their day-to-day operations run smoothly. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment, requiring excellent attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide seamless executive support to the CEO, including diary and inbox management

• Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and travel arrangements

• Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required

• Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders, both internal and external

• Support with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks to enable the CEO to focus on strategic priorities

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running:

• Previous experience supporting at C-suite or senior executive level

• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills

• Strong communication skills, with a professional and confident manner

• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and comfort with technology-driven environments

• Adaptability, discretion, and the ability to work under pressure
