Power BI Analyst Location: Birmingham (Hybrid ) Salary: £35,000 + great benefits

Robert Half have been retained by a well-established organisation to recruit a Power BI Analyst within their Finance team, reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Finance.

• Build and deliver impactful Power BI reports with clear analysis and commentary

• Identify trends, highlight underperformance, and provide actionable recommendations

• Work closely with Tech to improve and automate reporting tools

• Support the Head of Commercial Finance with data-led insights to enhance performance

• Proven experience in a data or performance analyst role

• Advanced Power BI skills and confidence in creating dashboards

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• A proactive, inquisitive mindset with a passion for improvement

• £35,000 salary

• Hybrid working
