We're partnering with one of the fastest-growing platforms in the cyber security training space.
Their mission is simple: make learning cyber security more accessible through hands-on, practical and engaging experiences. In just a few years, they've scaled to millions of users globally and work with hundreds of organisations including enterprise businesses, public sector bodies and educational institutions.
With cyber security risk rising every year, demand for practical training is accelerating. This business sits at the centre of that shift and is now looking to hire a Product Manager to help scale its B2B and Education offering.
The RoleThis is not a feature-factory Product Manager role.
You'll own a meaningful slice of the B2B and Education product, focusing on how organisations discover value, onboard, purchase and expand. The goal is simple: turn high-intent users into long-term organisational adoption.
You'll operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Design, Sales and Customer Success, translating real customer pain into scalable product solutions.
There is genuine greenfield here. Strong growth, strong momentum, and plenty of room to shape direction.
What You'll Be DoingOwning activation, retention and expansion within the B2B and Education journey
Improving self-serve experiences and influencing pricing and packaging
Partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success to inform roadmap decisions
Working cross-functionally with Engineering and Design to ship quickly and iterate
Running experiments, analysing data and continuously improving performance
This is a high-ownership role suited to someone who thrives in fast-moving, remote-first environments and enjoys solving ambiguous problems.
What We're Looking For3+ years' experience as a Product Manager in B2B software
Strong collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams
Experience with B2C2B or PLG growth models
Data-driven approach and confidence using product analytics tools
Clear communicator able to turn feedback into crisp product direction
Comfortable operating autonomously in a fully remote team
Experience in cybersecurity, edtech or learning platforms
Technical curiosity or background in engineering or data
