Product Manager

Product Manager

Fully Remote | £70,000-£80,000

We're partnering with one of the fastest-growing platforms in the cyber security training space.

Their mission is simple: make learning cyber security more accessible through hands-on, practical and engaging experiences. In just a few years, they've scaled to millions of users globally and work with hundreds of organisations including enterprise businesses, public sector bodies and educational institutions.

With cyber security risk rising every year, demand for practical training is accelerating. This business sits at the centre of that shift and is now looking to hire a Product Manager to help scale its B2B and Education offering.

The Role

This is not a feature-factory Product Manager role.

You'll own a meaningful slice of the B2B and Education product, focusing on how organisations discover value, onboard, purchase and expand. The goal is simple: turn high-intent users into long-term organisational adoption.

You'll operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Design, Sales and Customer Success, translating real customer pain into scalable product solutions.

There is genuine greenfield here. Strong growth, strong momentum, and plenty of room to shape direction.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Owning activation, retention and expansion within the B2B and Education journey

  • Improving self-serve experiences and influencing pricing and packaging

  • Partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success to inform roadmap decisions

  • Working cross-functionally with Engineering and Design to ship quickly and iterate

  • Running experiments, analysing data and continuously improving performance

This is a high-ownership role suited to someone who thrives in fast-moving, remote-first environments and enjoys solving ambiguous problems.

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years' experience as a Product Manager in B2B software

  • Strong collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams

  • Experience with B2C2B or PLG growth models

  • Data-driven approach and confidence using product analytics tools

  • Clear communicator able to turn feedback into crisp product direction

  • Comfortable operating autonomously in a fully remote team

Nice to Have
  • Experience in cybersecurity, edtech or learning platforms

  • Technical curiosity or background in engineering or data

Package
  • Fully remote

  • £70,000-£80,000 salary

  • High-growth, mission-led environment

  • Real ownership and visible impact
