Role

The Transformation Programme Manager is a senior delivery role accountable for the overall delivery of both HaloPSA and Dynamics 365 Business Central as part of the wider Core Systems programme.

• The Programme Manager will lead the combined HaloPSA and Business Central delivery programme, including scope, plan, budget, governance, data migration, testing, training, cutover and hypercare across both workstreams.
• Provide overall programme control across HaloPSA and Business Central, ensuring both delivery teams operate to a single integrated plan with clear ownership of dependencies, risks, decisions and cutover activity.

• Take overall accountability for two inter-dependent core system implementations. You will own the integrated delivery plan for HaloPSA and Business Central, ensuring timelines, decisions, resources, data flows, testing, cutover and business readiness remain aligned across both workstreams.

• Collaborate with the Business Central Partner, Business Central PM, HaloPSA Professional Services, Operations, Sales, PMO, Finance and Technology leaders. You will keep the overall programme on track and ensure both HaloPSA and Business Central, together with integrations to existing systems such as Abillity and HubSpot, are properly governed, designed and delivered.
• Deliver the project on-time, on-budget delivery and adoption of both HaloPSA and Business Central, the quality of migrated data, the integrity of cross-system integrations, and the operational readiness of the business at go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Central delivery

• The Programme Manager will oversee Business Central delivery as part of the integrated Core Systems programme, working closely with the Business Central Partner and Business Central PM.
• Maintain a single integrated plan across HaloPSA and Business Central, including milestones, dependencies, risks, resources and decision points.
• Agree ownership, field mappings and reconciliation controls for data exchanged between HaloPSA, Business Central and Abillity.
• Coordinate integration testing, cutover sequencing and operational readiness with the Finance workstream.
• Escalate cross-workstream conflicts promptly whilst retaining accountability for overall programme delivery.

HaloPSA Roll-Out

• Own the end-to-end HaloPSA delivery plan, budget, scope, governance and delivery outcomes as part of the wider integrated programme.
• Lead requirements validation, solution design, configuration, data migration, testing, training, cutover and hypercare.
• Manage the HaloPSA implementation partner and secure timely decisions and sign-off from business stakeholders.
• Maintain the HaloPSA RAID log, delivery plan and status reporting, with clear visibility of dependencies on Business Central.

Programme & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the single point of programme accountability for the combined HaloPSA and Business Central delivery, reporting progress, risks and decisions to the Executive sponsor and steering group.
• Establish an effective working cadence across the HaloPSA and Business Central workstreams, including shared dependency reviews and coordinated status reporting.
• Engage stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Service, PMO and Technology to secure resource, sign-off and timely decisions.
• Translate complex system and integration detail into clear updates for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Draft and maintain project documentation, including agendas, RAID logs, field-mapping tables and status reports.

Cutover, Training & Hypercare

• Plan and manage user acceptance testing, training, cutover and business readiness for HaloPSA.
• Coordinate with the Interim Finance Project Manager where Business Central testing or cutover activity depends on HaloPSA.
• Own the HaloPSA hypercare period, coordinating issue resolution across the implementation partner and internal teams.
• Ensure lessons learned are captured and applied to subsequent phases.

Vendor & Partner Management

• Manage the day-to-day relationship with the HaloPSA implementation partner, holding it to agreed timelines, quality and cost.
• Review HaloPSA statements of work, change requests and invoices against contracted scope.
• Coordinate with the Interim Finance Project Manager and Business Central partner on shared integration deliverables and resourcing.
• Contribute to the wider Core Systems project roadmap and cross-workstream collaboration.
