Infrastructure Project Manager

Contract: 6 months

Engagement: Day Rate PAYE

Location: Central London (on-site 4/5 days)

Overview Robert Half are seeking a Project Manager to lead a multi-site Wi-Fi refresh. The role involves coordinating internal teams and vendors to deliver hardware upgrades on time, within budget and scope. Requires strong organisation and effective stakeholder communication.

Key Duties

Delivery

• Lead Wi-Fi refresh and other infrastructure projects.
• Create and manage plans, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with IT, comms, facilities, and customer teams.
• Align delivery with business needs.

Stakeholders

• Act as key contact, managing expectations and updates.
• Provide reports, briefings, and regular communication.
• Work with site teams to minimise disruption.

Suppliers

• Manage third-party delivery and installations.
• Track dependencies and validate outputs.
• Ensure obligations are met

Requirements

• 2 years+ experience as a Project Manager
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management.
• Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
