IT Project Manager - Real Estate
Day Rate Contract
London (4 days onsite)
Robert Half have partnered with a well established real estate organisation who are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of several concurrent technology and infrastructure initiatives across their London portfolio.
This is a hands on delivery role, ideal for a Project Manager who is comfortable working in a complex environment and managing multiple work streams at once.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple IT and infrastructure projects, including:
- Wi-Fi network refresh and upgrades
- Business software delivery and implementation
- Own project planning, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies across all workstreams.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, third-party vendors and technology partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and to agreed scope.
- Lead governance activities including project status reporting, RAID management, and steerco updates.
- Support business readiness, cutover planning and post-implementation handover.
Experience & Skills Required
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering IT or technology enabled projects.
- Strong background managing multiple concurrent projects in parallel.
- Experience delivering infrastructure projects (e.g. Wi-Fi, networks, devices) and software implementations.
- Comfortable working in onsite, operational environments such as real estate, property, facilities, or similar asset heavy organisations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
- Highly organised with a pragmatic, delivery focused approach.
- Delivered end to end projects in an SME environment.
Desirable
- Experience working with third party suppliers and managed service providers.
- Exposure to property, real estate, facilities management or multi-site environments.
- Formal project management qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, etc.).
