Are you a finance professional with project management/PMO expertise and strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (D365) Our client, a small but impactful charity, is seeking an Interim PMO / Project Manager to oversee critical D365 projects that will shape the future of their finance and operations.

This role will suit a qualified accountant or experienced finance professional who has successfully delivered system and process change projects, particularly around Dynamics 365 Finance/ERP. Acting as the PMO lead, you will provide structure, governance, and control while ensuring D365 supports both financial and operational needs of the charity.

• Lead PMO activities for D365 projects, ensuring governance, risk management, and timely delivery.

• Translate finance requirements into system solutions, ensuring D365 supports robust reporting and compliance.

• Oversee project plans, budgets, risks, and supplier management.

• Collaborate with finance and senior leadership to align D365 with business goals.

• Deliver clear project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder updates.

• Support training, change management, and adoption across the organisation.

• Proven experience in PMO, Project Management, or Project Support.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), ideally finance-focused.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Charity or not-for-profit sector experience (advantageous but not essential).

• Available immediately or at short notice.

• Lead meaningful system transformation in a mission-driven charity.

• Use both your accounting and PMO skills in a high-impact role.
