About the Role

Robert Half have partnered with a large international organisation and are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a SAP S/4HANA implementation . This is a pivotal role within our Project Management Office (PMO), requiring strong stakeholder engagement skills, a sharp focus on documentation, and a proven track record of successful SAP project delivery.

The transition to SAP S/4HANA will be delivered by a specialist external implementation partner, who will serve as a key stakeholder throughout the project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing this relationship, ensuring effective collaboration, clear communication, and delivery against agreed milestones and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the SAP S/4HANA implementation project
• Manage internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business cases, plans, and status reports
• Ensure the project remains on time, within scope, and on budget
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and report on progress to the Head of Projects
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Operations, and third-party vendors
• Facilitate project governance, reporting, and decision-making at all levels

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
• Background working in global or international organisations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience managing third-party vendors
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality project documentation and develop business cases
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive project success
• Willingness and availability to work onsite in Surrey 4 days per week
