S/4HANA Upgrade Project Manager| Robert Half * Solihull area (Hybrid) | S/4HANA Upgrade Project Manager -Technical Delivery Focus

Robert Half International (an S&P 500 global staffing provider) is supporting a global consulting firm in sourcing an interim S/4HANA Upgrade Project Manager. This role will lead an on-premise S/4HANA version upgrade and ensure effective coordination across technical and business workstreams within a complex enterprise environment.

Assignment Details

• Initial 6-month contract (extensions expected)
• Hybrid - 2 days per week on-site in Solihull
• £600 per day via FCSA-approved umbrella company

Key skills & experience

• Proven experience delivering S/4HANA on-premise version upgrades
• Strong technical background with hands-on understanding of SAP Basis, infrastructure, and integration layers
• Experience managing cross-functional delivery across business, IT, and third-party suppliers
• Solid knowledge of project governance, RAID management, and milestone tracking
• Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to coordinate internal teams and System Integrators
• Experience within energy, utilities, or large regulated environments preferred
• Ideally 10+ years' programme/project management experience in enterprise SAP landscapes
