SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
Robert Half International is supporting a global consulting organisation delivering services into a major Utilities client. We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to support the ongoing operation, enhancement and optimisation of a complex SuccessFactors environment. This is a hands-on functional consulting role focused on resolving support issues, delivering change requests and enhancements, introducing new capabilities, and supporting the integration of SuccessFactors within a wider SAP S/4HANA landscape.
Assignment Details
- Initial 6-month contract
- Hybrid working with occasional travel to the Solihull area
- Circa £550/day via Umbrella
- Interview process expected over the next 1-2 weeks
- Likely start date mid-June to July depending on availability and onboarding
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve functional support tickets across the SuccessFactors platform
- Deliver change requests, enhancements and configuration updates
- Support the rollout of new SuccessFactors capabilities
- Provide functional consulting expertise to business stakeholders
- Work closely with HR, Technology and Transformation teams
- Support integration activity aligned to a wider SAP S/4HANA programme
- Contribute towards platform optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Experience
- Ideally Utilities sector experience
- SAP SuccessFactors certification
- Strong SAP SuccessFactors functional consulting experience
- Employee Central (EC)
- Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
