SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant Near Solihull (Hybrid) Circa £550/day via Umbrella (PAYE with employer's NI & Tax deducted at source - unlike umbrella companies and no umbrella company admin fees) Initial 6-Month Contract

Robert Half International is supporting a global consulting organisation in response to increasing demand across a major SAP transformation programme. We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to support the ongoing operation, enhancement and optimisation of a complex SuccessFactors environment.This is a hands-on functional consulting role focused on resolving complex support issues, delivering change requests and enhancements, providing business consultation, and supporting the integration of SuccessFactors with a wider SAP S/4HANA landscape.

Assignment Details

• * Initial 6-month contract
• * Hybrid working with occasional travel near Solihull offices
• * Circa £550/day via Umbrella
• * Interview process expected over the next 1-2 weeks
• * Likely start date mid-June to July depending on availability and onboarding

Key Responsibilities

• * Resolve complex SuccessFactors support tickets and functional issues
• * Deliver medium-sized enhancements and change requests
• * Provide functional consulting support to business stakeholders
• * Support ongoing project activity across the SuccessFactors platform
• * Work closely with HR, Technology and Transformation teams
• * Support SuccessFactors integration activity aligned to a wider SAP S/4HANA programme
• * Contribute towards platform optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Experience

• Utilities Experience
• Strong SAP SuccessFactors functional consulting experience
• * Employee Central (EC)
• * Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• * Recruitment / Recruiting
• * Onboarding
• * Performance & Goals
• * Talent Acquisition / Talent Intelligence Hub
• * Experience delivering BAU support, change requests and enhancement work
• * Strong stakeholder management and business-facing consulting skills
• * Experience supporting SuccessFactors within complex enterprise environments
