Sailpoint IIQ Engineer
Robert Half is supporting a global consulting organisation in the search for a SailPoint IIQ Engineer to join a major financial services transformation programme on an initial 6–12month interim engagement. You will play a key role in the design, implementation and ongoing enhancement of a SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform within a large-scale financial services environment. The role will involve working across the full delivery lifecycle, supporting integrations, platform upgrades and enhancements, and engaging closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Assignment Details:
- Initial 6–12 month contract
- Competitive day rate via PAYE c.650-700 p/day
- Remote with occasional on site near London offices
- Start in approximately 2–4 weeks (subject to interview process and onboarding checks)
Key Experience Required:
- Financial services experience
- Large-scale IAM transformation programme
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), including implementation, integration and deployment in complex enterprise environments
- Proven experience supporting upgrades or migrations within SailPoint IIQ
- Experience working within large-scale IAM transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of IAM principles including joiners, movers and leavers, access governance and controls
- Experience working with large and complex Active Directory environments
- Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience within financial services environments
Desirable:Experience working within consulting or large-scale transformation programmes or exposure to governance, compliance, and privileged access environments
