The role:
A global financial technology consultancy is seeking ambitious graduates to join their growing sales team as Sales Consultants- Recruitment for teachnology teams.
This is a structured, fast-paced graduate program with a clear path from junior researcher to fully-fledged sales consultant, offering uncapped earning potential, strong mentorship, and the opportunity to work with Tier 1 financial clients.
Responsibilities:
You will begin by learning the foundations of sales and recruitment in the financial technology sector. As you progress, you'll be trained in a specific business or technical domain, and transition into a client-facing role, where you will:
- Conduct candidate sourcing and recruitment activities
- Undergo intensive training to specialize in a line of business
- Develop and manage client relationships
- Close deals ranging from £100k to £20M
- Generate and manage your own P&L
- Work closely with senior sales leads, pre-sales, and subject-matter experts
Top performers can progress to Partner-level, with equity awards based on contribution. Several current Partners began through this very program.

- 1st or 2:1 degree from a Russell Group or internationally equivalent university
- Master's or Executive MBA (preferred)
- Some commercial or sales-related experience is a plus
