Systems Support Analyst

Exciting opportunity to join a growing business based near Cirencester as a Systems Support Analyst offering up to £35,000 plus excellent benefits (including hybrid working).

The role

As Systems Support Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

• deliveringday-to-daysupportforkeybusinessapplications
• monitoringsystemperformanceand resolvingissues in a timely manner
• rootcauses analysis andimplementingserviceimprovements
• providingexpertiseacross systemsandprocesses to stakeholders across the business
• assisting withtesting,upgradesandongoingchangeactivities

About you

Applicants for the Systems Support Analyst role will have:

• experience gained in a similar systems / application support position
• excellent communication and customer service skills
• strong analytical and organisation skills
• be working towards or hold a relevant qualification / degree or equivalent (e.g. Computer Science)
