Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Role:

Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, Talent Acquisition for a 4 week Temporary role. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Interview Coordination - scheduling complex multi time-zone interviews across EMEA APJ
• Create and submit requisitions and track approval workflows
• Post jobs and manage reposting of open roles every 30 days using scheduled reports
• Review and reject candidate applications, including bulk rejection when appropriate
• Set up and update custom application questions and rules
• Maintain accuracy of Greenhouse data including status fields, forecasted start dates, job postings, and other required fields
• Support reporting and data hygiene projects across Greenhouse and Workday
• Draft and update job descriptions, including use of standard templates
• Consolidate and refine recruitment email templates
• Assist with Greenhouse reporting and dashboard creation
• Contribute to job description unification and documentation improvement initiatives

Profile:

The successful temporary, Talent Acquisition coordinator will have at least 2 years experience working within Talent Acquisition and will have had exposure to using Greenhouse ATS and Workday.

You must be either immediate or on a 1 week notice to be considered for this role.

Client:

Our client is a Cybersecurity firm based in London. You will work 3 days per week from their office and 2 days from home.

Salary & Benefits:

This immediate, temporary Talent Acquisition role will be paying circa £15 - £25 per hour. This is dependant on experience.
