-London | Hybrid (2 days per week in the office) and 3 days from home.

We're seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of a growing SaaS platform. This role combines technical leadership, software engineering, and team mentorship, offering the opportunity to influence both product direction and engineering culture.

Key Requirements

  • Strong software engineering background with leadership experience.
  • Advanced Python development skills (FastAPI desirable).
  • Experience with SQL, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and scalable systems.
  • Exposure to React/TypeScript is advantageous.
  • Experience within SaaS, cybersecurity, or data-driven platforms is beneficial.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Must hold, or be eligible for, SC Clearance.
