Technical Support Analyst
You’ll be the first line of support for systems, infrastructure and end users; handling everything from day‐to‐day troubleshooting to onboarding new starters and managing access, hardware and security.
This is a hands on role where strong technical knowledge, clear communication, and a methodical approach to problem solving really matter.
This role allows for lots of progression and with it being a smaller team it gives you lots of exposure.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in a 1st line IT support or service delivery role
- Strong Windows, Office 365 troubleshooting skills
- Good networking knowledge for user connectivity
- Experience with Active Directory, user permissions and device setup
- Confident communicator who can engage at all levels
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Role: Technology Support Analyst
Location: Park Royal (5 days a week on site)
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 + 10% Bonus
