Worktribe Integration Consultant - Oracle Fusion (London Area)

A leading organisation in the higher education sector is embarking on a major ERP transformation and is seeking a Worktribe Integration Consultant to support the integration of Worktribe with Oracle Fusion Finance .

We’re looking for someone with deep expertise in Worktribe who understands the technical, functional, and testing nuances of integrating it with a finance system. This is a critical role within a high-profile transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of Worktribe with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP finance systems
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth data and process alignment
• Define, execute, and document test scenarios for all integration points
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during testing and post-go-live
• Provide guidance on best practice Worktribe setup, workflows, and integration design
• Support business readiness and cutover planning from a systems perspective

Ideal Candidate:

• Hands-on Worktribe expertise, including configuration and process design
• Experience integrating Worktribe with finance/ERP systems, ideally Oracle Fusion
• Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, and data mapping
• Confident in testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and defect resolution
• Technically proficient, with the ability to translate functional needs into system solutions
• Strong communicator with experience working across business and technical teams
