Interim Pagero Project Manager
Robert Half is recruiting on behalf of a global consulting firm for an experienced Project Manager with proven Pagero to become an Associate for the consulting on an eInvoicing delivery to support a major European regulatory compliance programme.
Key Details:
- Start: ASAP (1-2 week lead time for onboarding and paperwork)
- Location: Remote UK-based with occasional travel to City of London
- Duration: 6 month contract, likely to extend
- Rate: £600 p/day gross via FCSA-accredited umbrella company
Experience Needed:
- Proven project management experience delivering Pagero-based eInvoicing solutions - essential
- Experience managing eInvoicing integrations between Pagero and ERP platforms (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics)
- Hands-on involvement in supplier onboarding, data mapping, configuration, and middleware/API layers
- Familiarity with PEPPOL, EU VAT regulations, and other European eInvoicing/tax frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management across Finance, Tax, Compliance, Procurement, and IT
- Ability to lead UAT, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Hypercare
- Previous experience with multi-country compliance rollouts a bonus
- Available to start within 1-2 weeks
