Job Title: Head of Change

Contract Type: Interim Contract (Inside IR35)

Location: South West/Midlands (Hybrid/On-site as required)

Day Rate: £900 per day

As part of this transition, we are seeking an experienced Head of Change on an interim basis to provide strategic leadership and drive critical initiatives during this pivotal time.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact by supporting both business and technology transformation efforts, while shaping the future direction of the organisation.

• Proven experience in a senior change management role within an FCA regulated industry.
• A strong track record in leading business and technology transformation programmes.
• Expertise in Target Operating Model design and implementation, as well as restructuring projects.
