SAP S/4HANA Programme Director (12 Month FTC)

A leading global professional services firm is looking for a Programme Director to lead a major SAP S/4HANA transformation. This is a high-profile, multi-year initiative with organisation-wide impact. You'll work closely with senior leaders to drive strategy, manage delivery, and ensure successful outcomes in a complex, global environment.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract, working on a 3-4 year programme.

• Lead the end to end delivery of a global SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and boards to align outcomes with business strategy.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage vendors, contracts, and performance.
• Ensure robust governance, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
• Promote change adoption and deliver sustainable, compliant solutions across regions.

• Proven experience leading large scale SAP transformations, including S/4HANA, in global, highly regulated environments.
• Strong functional and technical SAP knowledge, with hands-on migration and integration experience.
• Proven ability to influence at board level and manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams and third-party delivery partners.
• Expertise in change management, process improvement, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOX, ISO).
