AI Engineer (Python Full-Stack)

London | Hybrid (1-3 days onsite) Permanent | £70,000-£90,000 + bonus + benefits

We're looking for an AI Engineer with strong Python full-stack expertise to design, build and deploy scalable AI applications that integrate into modern cloud and enterprise platforms.

You will develop end-to-end AI solutions, combining modern software engineering with advanced machine learning and generative AI capabilities.

• Build and deploy full-stack AI applications including APIs, services, and user-facing interfaces.

• Develop GenAI, Agentic AI and machine learning solutions that are scalable and production-ready.

• Design and implement RAG pipelines, LLM-powered applications and intelligent agents.

• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms and cloud environments.

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and business stakeholders to deliver impactful AI products.

• Contribute to technical best practices, innovation, and AI engineering standards.

• Strong Python development experience with AI/ML/NLP libraries (Hugging Face, spaCy, NLTK).

• Experience building applications using LLMs (GPT, Llama, Mistral, Claude) including prompt engineering, fine-tuning and evaluation.

• Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex and agent frameworks like AutoGen, CrewAI or LangGraph.

• Experience building RAG architectures with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).

• Strong understanding of MLOps / LLMOps (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure or GCP.

• Solid software engineering and full-stack development experience in enterprise environments.

• Knowledge of advanced AI systems such as autonomous agents, reasoning engines and knowledge graphs.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills within cross-functional teams.
