Application Support Analyst (Service Desk)

Due to a large-scale digital transformation, they are keen to appoint an Application Support Analyst (Service Desk) paying a salary range up to £45,000 with a hybrid working model from the Warwick offices.

Application Support Analyst (Service Desk): Duties

  • Up to 2nd line support experience
  • Monitor tickets, improve data quality, chase updates
  • Document and implement processes
  • Interest/Knowledge of automation
  • ITSM knowledge (incident, problem, change management)
  • External client support - Essential
  • Manage and resolve client facing support tickets
  • Triage issues, investigate and understand root cause analysis
  • Improve service performance
  • Implement root causes analysis and fixes
  • Support users during incidents and fixes
  • User access management
  • Work closely with software development team

Application Support Analyst (Service Desk): Technical Experience

  • SQL
  • Databases / Debugging
  • JIRA Service Management
  • API troubleshooting
  • Ambition to perhaps move into Software Engineering
