What You'll Do:
As a Commercial Associate, you will play an integral role in advising clients on a diverse array of commercial matters involving cutting-edge technology projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Advising clients on a broad spectrum of commercial matters with particular focus on IT, technology, outsourcing, and digital transformation projects across various sectors such as retail & consumer, financial services, advanced manufacturing, technology, or health.
- Contributing directly to the delivery of high-value commercial and technology projects by providing insightful legal advice that supports clients through regulatory changes and digitalisation initiatives.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues across different offices on national and cross-border transactions to deliver seamless service to clients.
What You Bring:
To excel as a Commercial Technology Associate in this leading national practice, you will bring:
- At least one year's post-qualification experience gained either in private practice or an in-house legal environment focused on commercial law.
- Admitted in England & Wales and LLB obtained from a reputable university
- Demonstrable technical proficiency in advising on IT/technology law matters including digital transformation projects and outsourcing agreements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills that facilitate building trust-based relationships with clients from diverse sectors.
