BI Analyst

BI AnalystBirmingham (remote)£50,000 to £55,000 per annumPermanent

I am currently seeking a BI Analyst for a leading organisation in Birmingham. Your primary focus will be on understanding the distinct needs of each division within the organisation and delivering bespoke business intelligence solutions that drive performance. You will play a key role in migrating legacy systems to a modern cloud platform, leveraging your expertise in SQL and Power BI.

BI Analyst - What will you be doing?

* Working closely with various divisions to understand their unique data requirement.* Supporting the migration from legacy SQL systems to a modern cloud-based platform.* Utilising Power BI to create insightful dashboards and reports that empower stakeholders with actionable information for decision-making.* Developing ETL processes to efficiently manage healthcare data across different systems.* Leading proof-of-concept initiatives for new data platforms, demonstrating their benefits and building out robust solutions from the ground up.* Ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance throughout all stages of the migration and ongoing operations.

BI Analyst - What will you need?

* Strong proficiency in SQL.* Strong Power BI skills.* Practical knowledge of Python* You demonstrate familiarity with modern data architecture concepts, including cloud-based platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.* You are willing to learn new technologies quickly and adapt your approach as organisational needs evolve.
