As BI Manager, you will lead a small but talented team of BI Developers and Analysts, driving the delivery of innovative data solutions that enable smarter, faster decision making. Reporting directly to the Head of Data, you'll play a key role in shaping the BI strategy and ensuring the business continues to make the most of its data assets.

BI Manager Duties

• Manage and develop a team of BI Developers and Analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of BI solutions and data models.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and deliver impactful insights.
• Drive best practices in data governance, reporting, and analytics.
• Support the Head of Data with the ongoing evolution of the BI strategy.

As BI Manager, you will have:

• Proven experience in a BI, Data, or Analytics leadership role.
• Strong technical understanding of PowerBI and data platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• A passion for developing people and helping teams reach their full potential.
