Role Overview
As Business Development Manager, you will drive revenue growth and expansion by identifying, engaging, and converting new clients. You'll act as the face of the business for prospective customers-particularly HR, Finance, and Reward leaders-demonstrating the value of replacing manual processes with a seamless, compliant SaaS solution.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and target high-potential accounts across industries such as finance, technology, mining, and professional services.
Conduct outbound outreach and secure meetings with senior decision-makers.
Leverage marketing content and testimonials to support engagement.
Solution Selling
Present the company's integrated platform, covering plan design, valuation, administration, and reporting.
Highlight automation, compliance, and enhanced participant experience as core value drivers.
Tailor solutions to address client-specific challenges, including global scale, compliance, and complex valuations.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with internal sales, marketing, and implementation teams to deliver compelling proposals and demos.
Collaborate with technical and migration specialists to scope deployment strategies and timelines.
Pipeline & Forecasting
Build and manage a healthy pipeline using CRM tools.
Provide accurate forecasting and oversee deals through the full sales cycle.
Brand & Market Growth
Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
Use customer success stories to enhance market positioning and credibility.
About You - Ideal Qualifications
Experience: 3-7 years in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in HR tech, Finance, RegTech, or related solutions.
Skills:
Proven track record of closing mid-market and enterprise deals.
Strong consultative selling, presentation, and communication abilities.
Confidence in engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
