We're looking for a skilled business development manager with a proven history in outbound, new business software sales to join this fast-growing team. In this key role, you'll work with major manufacturing companies, acting as a trusted advisor who understands both the technical challenges and day-to-day realities of the shop floor. Therefore, experience selling software sales to the manufacturing sector is a must.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the full sales process, from finding new opportunities to closing deals, focusing on gaining new manufacturing customers.
• Build relationships with senior leaders and deliver tailored software solutions that solve operational problems.
• Create new business opportunities through targeted outreach and uncover untapped potential.
• Represent us at trade shows, conferences, and customer events as an expert in manufacturing innovation.
• Work closely with other teams to develop account strategies and ensure smooth on boarding for new customers.

About You:

• Proven success in software sales, within manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience handling complex deals involving senior leaders and multiple decision-makers.
• A consultative approach to sales with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, challenges, and compliance needs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
• Self-motivated and confident in creating new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
