Business Process Analyst Day Rate: Competitive Location: UK Remote Duration: Initial 3 Months (with potential for extension)IR35 Status: To be determined

Robert Walters is partnering with a leading business in their search for a Business Process Analyst. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to enhance productivity and reduce operating costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage stakeholders and communicate with diverse teams to identify pain points.
• Design workflows and provide feedback to the Project team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Recommend process improvements, including opportunities for automation.
• Deliver strong, phased recommendations to drive operational enhancements and deliver measurable business benefits.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst, including end-to-end process mapping and design.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Kaizen qualification preferred.
• Demonstrated change management expertise, with the ability to support teams through organisational transitions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
