Business Systems Analyst
The role is responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end application management and production support for Oracle E-Business Suite (12.1 and 12.2), with primary ownership of Supply Chain modules and cross-functional Finance integration. In addition to Oracle, you'll have the opportunity to gain exposure and work with SAP and other cloud-based platforms.
The role combines leadership and hands-on expertise to ensure stable system operations, rapid incident resolution, environment management, and continuous improvement of ERP processes. Acting as the primary escalation point, the role oversees SLA adherence, manages complex technical and functional issues, supports upgrades and patching activities, and ensures seamless integration across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and external systems.
The outcome of this role is to ensure high system availability, operational continuity, and optimized business performance across critical Supply Chain and Finance processes. By driving root cause resolution, strengthening governance, supporting period-end and audit requirements, and enabling continuous system enhancement, the role safeguards business operations, reduces risk, and maximizes the value of the Oracle ERP investment. It bridges business and IT, ensuring that ERP systems not only function reliably but also evolve to support strategic growth and operational excellence.
