The role
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Collateral Management Analyst to join Robert Walters as a Consultant.
As a Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Robert Walters and will be deployed on an assignment within our client's organisations, in return we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional support.

What You'll Do
- Ensure timely, accurate task completion, driving efficiency, and adhering to all relevant Bank standards and policies.
- Deliver high-quality service to internal and external clients across Collateral, Clearing, and Client Services.
- Ensure Collateral, Clearing, and Client Services collaborate effectively with Operations and Technology teams across all global locations to deliver excellent service and maintain systems that are fit for purpose, with enhancements properly prioritise.
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of the CASS sourcebook (especially CASS 3), ensuring team procedures and escalations are followed, and collaborating with Operations Control to enhance risk management without over-reliance.
- Proactively and promptly managing risk incidents impacting Collateral, Clearing, and Client Services, while promoting diversity, teamwork, integrity, and the Bank's values.
- Support integration initiatives with the company's head office and other entities, fostering openness in client and stakeholder service, and actively participating in Operations and Bank-wide initiatives.
What You Bring
- Banking or financial services experience, with at least 2 years in collateral.
- Knowledge of margin rules (CSA/GMRA) preferred.
- Familiarity with Acadia (internal system) and third-party agency operations advantageous.
- Understanding of FCA regulations (or equivalent) and risk/control frameworks.
