Contracts Manager

Up to £70,000 | Reading (2 days in office) | SaaS | Full Time Perm Contract

A growing SaaS technology business is looking for a commercially minded Contracts Manager to own and manage the full contract lifecycle across customer and supplier agreements.

This role would suit someone with:

• Contract management experience in tech/SaaS; or

• An in-house commercial legal background; or

• A Paralegal / Senior Contracts Specialist background within a SaaS business.

• Reviewing and negotiating MSAs, DPAs, SLAs and SaaS subscription agreements

• Managing B2B enterprise contracts (UK/EU)

• Identifying and advising on commercial and legal risk

• Owning the contract repository, renewals and obligations tracking

• Supporting GDPR and data governance compliance

• Partnering with Sales, Procurement, Finance and Legal

• 5-8+ years' relevant experience

• Strong SaaS contract knowledge

• Confident B2B negotiator

• Commercially pragmatic with sound risk judgement

• Able to manage multiple agreements simultaneously

• Salary up to £70,000

• Hybrid working (2 days in Reading)
