Customer Insights Manager

The Customer Insights Manager will be responsible for leading customer research initiatives within the marketing organisation, focusing on the day-to-day management of research projects.

Reporting to the Marketing Research Manager, the ideal candidate will:

• Design customer research briefs, questionnaires and discussion guides aligned with business priorities and objectives, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies.

• Analyse and present research results in a compelling way for a range of internal audiences, including senior business and marketing leaders.

• Synthesize information from multiple insight sources, including primary research, third-party data, customer analytics, and marketing/media performance.

• Identify and utilise the most relevant data sources to address key project questions.

• Essential: Minimum 5 years' experience in a research or insights role, ideally within an agency environment, working across both quantitative and qualitative methods.

• Proven experience managing research projects end-to-end - from scoping and design through to analysis and reporting.

• Demonstrated ability to integrate research findings with other data types (e.g. secondary, behavioural, transactional).

• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to distil large or complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.

• Experience managing multi-country or cross-market projects.

• Hands-on approach, comfortable working directly with raw data when needed.

• Track record of collaboration with high-performing, data-driven teams.

• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

• Fluency in an additional European language (e.g. German or French) is desirable
