Customer Success Manager (Dutch Speaking)

Robert Walters is working in partnership with a Global market leading SaaS Technology business. They specialise is designing and developing bespoke software and streamlines projects, enabling Real Time tracking for global customers and users.

They have experienced considerable growth, onboarded new clients and secured competitive bids - expanding it presence globally. They are now keen to appoint a Customer Success Manager (Dutch Speaking), to ensure clients receive exceptional support, maximise the value of partnerships.

Customer Success Manager (Dutch Speaking): Duties & Experience

* Fluent in Dutch oral & written - Essential

Customer Discovery & Communication

  • Strong customer-facing communication
  • SaaS experience in delivery, customer success, implementation
  • Run discovery workshops and capture requirements
  • SaaS delivery or enterprise customer success

Solution Design & Implementation

  • Solution design - forms, process, dashboards, permissions
  • Deliver end-user & champion training
  • Technical awareness: API/Integration

Account Growth & Value Delivery

  • Project leadership: Manage timelines, risks, stakeholders
  • Identify Risks & opportunities during delivery
