Experienced required:
- Demonstrated experience in managing technology projects within Agile environments dedicated to delivering Data Analytics solutions for varied user constituencies.
- Proven proficiency in financial management encompassing budgeting, reporting, and cost control throughout the entire development lifecycle of substantial projects.
- Expertise in constructing solutions utilising Microsoft Azure services such as Data Factory, Databricks, alongside other pertinent technologies.
- Ability to formulate compelling business cases and present recommendations effectively to senior stakeholders within complex organisational structures.
- Exceptional communication skills enabling you to conduct workshops, working groups, and steering committees that foster collaboration among diverse participants.
- Experience initiating projects from conceptualisation through delivery using both internal resources and external contractors whilst maintaining exemplary standards of service quality.
- Advanced analytical skills for reviewing requirements documentation and conducting thorough business impact analyses prior to implementation.
- Capacity to manage multiple simultaneous projects or workstreams whilst identifying critical interdependencies across the portfolio.
- Proven people management capabilities including attracting, developing, motivating, training, and retaining high-performing team members dedicated to outstanding customer service outcomes.
- Experience within the insurance industry is considered advantageous but not requisite for success in this appointment.
