Are you ready to architect the next generation of data-driven solutions We're looking for a Data Solutions Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping how our client harnesses data, automation, and AI to power smarter decisions, stronger performance.
As part of the UK IT Senior Leadership Team, you'll be both a strategic influencer and a hands on technical expert, guiding data strategy, designing modern architectures, and delivering solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power BI/Fabric, Azure, and Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate).

As Data Solutions Architect you will:
- Define and deliver the UK data and analytics strategy in alignment with business goals.
 - Design and implement scalable, high-performance data architectures using the Microsoft stack.
 - Champion the use of self-service analytics and promote a data-driven culture across all business functions.
 - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable data, automation, and AI solutions.
 - Lead the development of dashboards, process automations, and AI-enhanced insights that improve business efficiency.
 - Provide thought leadership on modern data tools and architectures, including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, and Copilot capabilities.
 - Oversee solution quality, from testing and validation to performance tuning and governance.
 - Mentor colleagues and guide partners to ensure consistent technical excellence and successful project delivery.
 - Support incident and request management for analytics, data, and automation platforms.
 
We're Looking For a:
- Hands on Data Solutions Architect with strong business understanding, communication skills, and a genuine passion for innovation. You'll have a proven ability to design and deliver impactful data solutions that drive measurable results.
 - Essential Experience & Skills
 - 4+ years in data architecture, data warehousing, or cloud-based data engineering.
 - Deep technical expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem - Power BI/Fabric, Azure, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
 - Proficiency in SQL and data modelling, with a strong understanding of data governance and performance optimisation.
 - Solid understanding of automation technologies and their application at scale.
 - Experience in Agile delivery environments, balancing quality with pace.
 - Strong appreciation for AI and its role in modern data solutions.
 
Desirable Certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant
Microsoft Certified: Azure Enterprise Data Analyst
Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst
You will be an:
- Excellent communicator able to explain complex data concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
